What is the teacher-to-child ratio?

The teacher-to-child ratio is 1:6.

What is your cancellation policy?

Workshop Cancellation Terms & Conditions
1. Advance Notice Requirement:
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop start time will receive a 70% refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the workshop start time will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop start time or no-show will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Exceptions
• Special circumstances or emergencies, such as illness or family emergencies, will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of The Dimple Loft’s management.

Camp Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
1. Advance Notice Requirement:
• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the camp start date will receive a 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Exceptional Circumstances:
• Exceptions for special cases such as illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. We will require documentation (e.g., a doctor's note) to process these exceptions.

3. Camp Cancellation:
• If the camp is cancelled due to unforeseen events (e.g., health advisories), you will be notified and receive a full refund.

4. Transfer Option:
• You may also wish to transfer your spot to another child if they can no longer attend. In this case, please email us hello@thedimpleloft.com to inform us.

What do I have to bring?

You may want to dress your child in clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting stained, as well as a water bottle and an extra set of clothing just in case. We have art smocks available but if your child prefers his or her own, please feel free to bring it along.
